By proceeding to the checkout page, you are accepting the conditions listed below:

1. Same-Day Delivery is available for orders within 15 miles of a store. Frozen items can only be delivered with same-day shipping.

2. You must be present for delivery of perishable items, we are not responsible for thawed frozen Items left on doorstep.

3. Autoship: Your first Autoship order will receive 20% off eligible items automatically at checkout. For future orders after, you will receive 5% off Autoship orders on products that are autoshipped. Discount is automatically applied when Autoship is selected at checkout.

4. Orders placed after 2:30 pm will be delivered the following day by 1pm. Chosen payment method will be charged as soon as inventory has been allocated for the order.

5. Orders placed after 6pm for in-store pickup will be ready for pickup the following day by 10am.

6. In-store pickup: You will need to bring your government issued photo ID, the credit card used for purchase, and your order number in order to pick up your purchase.

7. In accordance with California state law, sales tax will be applied to any item redeemed through the frequent buyer program.
